These Terms of Service govern your use of SnapGen AI, which is operated by an individual. By creating an account or using SnapGen AI, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You sign in with your email address or a supported third-party account. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Credits and payments

Generating videos consumes credits. You can get credits through a subscription or by purchasing credit packs. Monthly plans add credits every month; yearly plans add a full year of credits when you pay. The credit cost of each video depends on the model and settings you choose and is shown before you generate. Credits do not expire.

Your content

You keep ownership of the prompts and photos you submit and the videos you generate, and you may use your videos for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the acceptable use rules below. You give us permission to process your prompts and photos only to create what you ask for. Uploaded photos and generated videos are deleted automatically after 7 days, so download anything you want to keep.

Acceptable use

Only upload photos you have the right to use, and only of people who have agreed to it. Do not upload photos of minors. Do not use SnapGen AI to create sexual, violent, hateful, or deceptive content, to impersonate anyone, or for any unlawful purpose. Do not attempt to disrupt the service or access it without permission.

AI-generated results

Videos are generated by AI models, and results vary. We do not guarantee that a result will match your prompt or photo exactly. The service is provided "as is", and to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through the service.
