Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for SnapGen AI.

Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. Monthly plans add credits every month; yearly plans add a full year of credits when you pay. Credits you already received stay in your account after you cancel.

To switch to a different plan or billing interval, cancel your current plan and subscribe to the new one after the current period ends.

Credit packs

Credit packs are one-time purchases. Credits are added to your account immediately and do not expire.

Failed generations

If a video fails to generate, the credits for it are returned to your account automatically. Credits used for videos that were generated successfully are not refunded.

Refund requests

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Credits already granted for a refunded payment may be removed from your account.
